Jossel Ginsburg has been in the insurance business since 1966

Jossel is a General Member of the FPA and a Fellow of the Association of Financial Advisors. Jossel retains his membership as a Fellow of the Institute of Life and Pension Advisers of South Africa and is still recognised in South Africa as a CFP having qualified in 1983.
Jossel has had vast business experience as an adviser, as marketing director of the brokerage for whom he worked for 22 years in South Africa as well as having had the experience of establishing a software development company which was one of the fastest growing IT companies in Australia which was purchased by IBM in 2002.

Jossel has contributed interesting articles and information to various IT and financial publications.

Perth - Geoff Storey CA, CPA, FCMA

Geoff is an Authorised Representative of Financial Wisdom Limited.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1975 and migrated to Perth in 1988. In addition to experience in the accounting profession, Geoff has also had extensive commercial experience while working for a listed company in South Africa.

Since arriving in Australia, Geoff has been a business consultant, specialising in assisting clients to improve financial performance and related business valuation.

Recent experience includes acting as the national distributor of WinForecast software, a program that assists businesses to budget more effectively and to manage future cash-flow requirements. WinForecast has played a major role in assisting businesses to improve strategic planning, thereby creating enhanced value.

As a result of his experience in business planning, Geoff has made the logical step of including personal financial planning in his range of services.

When Geoff became a client of Ginsburg Financial Services 10 years ago, Jossel recognised that they both had a common interest in software, particularly as WinForecast, can be used to calculate the value of a business or key person. Jossel believes that Geoff's experience in this arena, together with Jossel's "Finalysis" knowledge will bring additional substance to their solutions

The products available through Ginsburg Financial Services include Employer Sponsored Superannuation Funds and Personal Superannuation Funds to which employers, employees and individuals may contribute, and public offer managed investment funds. By placing your business through our connections or simply by transferring your existing investments to our authority arrangements with our dealer, you may gain substantial savings on future contributions.

Ginsburg Financial Services recognise that you may require expert advice in certain areas of your portfolio, including your risk insurances.

The past

In 1986 Legal & General Australia purchased the first electronic needs analysis that Jossel introduced to Australia. The system was written by specialists employed in Jossel’s company in South Africa.

Ginsburg Financial Services was created by Jossel Ginsburg In 1988 soon after he emigrated to Australia.

In 1996 we launched our first web site.

The present

Today we bring you our revised, re-branded and freshly designed site that includes our arrangements in terms of our status as an authorised representative of Financial Wisdom Limited, ABN 70 006 646 108, Australian Financial Services Licence No 231188.

Joint venture to assist our clients with their property finance requirements

Jossel Ginsburg and Paul Rabie have set up a joint venture through Financial Wisdom Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commonwealth Bank of Australia, to offer our clients a competitive range of residential and commercial mortgages and deposit bonds. This new business, Ginsburg & Rabie Finance Pty Ltd. is managed by a successful mortgage specialist. Paul Rabie, CEO, is a chartered accountant with experience in accounting, auditing, commerce and lending. Paul has built valuable business relationships with the financial institutions who trust his professional judgement. He has the industry knowledge required to provide the lenders with clear and correct submissions to meet their criteria and standards. With the recent change in the interest rate climate, this service will be of immediate value to our customer base.
